Ellen Frishberg
Ellen Frishberg is a consultant at JBL Associates, Inc. in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Frishberg earned her degree in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a subject matter expert in student financial aid, having worked as a higher education enrollment professional for more than 25 years, in a variety of institutions including private non-profit research, public community college, as well as multi-campus and online for-profit. She served as project director for the evaluation of Financial Aid U and as managing editor for the Achieving the Dream Field Guide, and co-directed the Community Colleges Can initiative and the undocumented students in North Carolina community colleges study. Ellen has experience in program and project management, policy analysis and evaluation, survey design and field research.
