Monika Arntz
 Monika C. Arntz, a Research Associate for JBL Associates, Inc., has worked as a higher education database manager and analyst for over a decade. She is a certified SAS programmer, and has vast experience creating, manipulating, and analyzing higher education databases. Ms. Arntz works with federal, state and local databases, and also develops customized databases for projects as needed. She has substantial expertise regarding institutional finance, higher education presidents, faculty salaries, and student access and persistence. Ms. Arntz has her Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy from Saint Mary's College of Maryland.
