William Munn
William Munn is a consultant at JBL Associates, Inc. in Bethesda, MD. Dr. Munn earned his Doctorate in Political Science from the Claremont Graduate University, with a specialty in public policy and political communication. He has worked as an educator in the four-year college community and as a researcher in social and postsecondary education policy. He served as the Project Coordinator and Principal Investigator for a two-year U.S. Department of Education initiative designed to showcase exemplary community college programs and to support the development of effective intervention strategies and practices at colleges through the creation of practitioner mentoring communities. He has experience in program management and evaluation, qualitative research, survey design and focus groups.
