Program Evaluations
JBLA uses both quantitative and qualitative approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, projects, and initiatives. We conduct small- and large-scale evaluations to help identify “best practices”, support program development, and recommend options for program change or subsequent evaluation.JBLA staff employs a variety of evaluation techniques including:
- Performing literature reviews, environmental scans, and case studies
- Reviewing program materials and conducting site visits
- Interviewing program staff and surveying program participants
- Conducting longitudinal program evaluations
- Developing web-based data collection systems to measure program effectiveness
- Analyzing implementation studies
JBLA works with you from beginning to end to understand the issues and improve the quality, timeliness, reliability, and relevance of your program.
